Q. Can I pre pay my order?
A. All orders must be pre paid at time of order as SMINE Products is also charge at time of ordering by suppliers.
Q. Can I send through artwork in any format?
A. No, embroidery can be set up from a jpeg file. However, when screen-printing, pad printing or laser etching items, all artwork MUST be supplied in a graphics file.. ie EPS Vector or similar. Faliure to do so will incur extra charges for re-drawing the artwork.
Q. Does the cost of Embroidery include set up?
A. Only if it is block lettering. If a Logo is required, a once off digitizing fee is required.
Q. How long do we have to wait for most orders?
A. The minimum lead time is 21 working days from the date of the official order.
Q. Are there minimum Qty's when ordering clothing?
A. Only with screen-printing. Min Qty 15 Items.
Q. Are there minimum Qty's with promo Items?
A. Yes, there are minimum Qty's with most items, most are for 100 items, however, some items require a minimum of 250. Please contact us for more information about your required item.
Q. Does the cost of embroidery get cheaper with more items?
A. No....the embroidery is always the same regardless of the number ordered.
Q. Does the cost of screen-printing get cheaper with more items ordered?
A. Yes. The more you print, the cheaper it becomes.
Q. Does SMINE Products deliver?
A. Yes, there is a free delivery service to either your Metro address or nominated transport companies.
Q. Can we see samples of clothing before we place an order?
A. Yes, however, samples that are not returned will be charged to the client.
